Need help for trekpay!

Hello myloters! I need some help for trekpay.I registered before 3 days,i have 20 credits,and 4 cents(i don`t know how i recieved them)..So my question is how to make cents on that sites,because nothing happens with my credits.I read that they transform into cash every week,but nothing happened..So if you can help me thanks:) Happy day - joro
