What do you eat for breakfast?

I start my day with a strong meal, because then I can survive until lunch. I eat a bowl of porridge or cottage cheese with strawberry jam, a couple of sandwiches and sometimes an egg. I drink mainly coffee, but sometimes also tea. What does your breakfast consist of?

Wow! You sure eat a nutritious breakfast. My morning meal always starts the same way, everyday, with coffee and cream. Then I make a nice warm bowl of Muesli. It is delicious. Almost every morning my breakfast is of muesli but today, I was late so I simply blended up a protein drink of whey protein powder, banana, strawberry yogurt and a splash of cream. That to is awesome. I tend to switch up the foods in my morning meal from time to time. Sometimes I just like a piece of fruit. On the weekend sometimes I will go for pancakes or waffles but not too often. Too sweet for me first ting. Makes me want to go back to sleep. My favorite is the Muesli, hands down!

I like muesli too, I tend to have it after school, a couple of hours before dinner. I think it's very delicious and healthy too. That drink you were talking about seems to be really delicious! These bananas and strawberries...mmmm! Just like you, I like the pancakes too and I also eat them on weekends. Thanks for sharing your preferences!:)

Well, if it's lunchtime, then I am also the one who loves to load himself up hard. I like to have a strong meal so I can survive without problems until the next meal. Thanks for dropping by again!:)

I try and eat a big breakfast but some days I just do not have time to eat the most important meal of the day.

It's right that you try to fill yourself nicely up in the morning, then you can survive until the lunch without problems! Thanks for responding!:)

me? breakfast is important meal of the day so my breakfast always consist of low glycemic index complex carbs, it's slow to breakdown so i'll have time releasing energy, a good example of this is rolled oats, oat brand, sweet potato, beans, wheat bread. i got also protein and fiber in my breakfast..have a nice morning!

Woah! It looks like you really watch for nutritional values of the morning meal!:D I usually don't follow such criteria, I eat what is good and that's it. Thanks for answering!:)

I like to have sweet things for breakfast- cereal, donuts, pastries, waffles, pancakes, toast (with peanut butter and sugar, or jelly) or cinnamonrolls. But most days, namely weekdays, I like to just have cereal for breakfast.

Cereal is quite traditional "dish" to have on breakfast. I like sweet things too, but I usually eat them during a day, to cheer myself up.
