is there any site where I can submit news, rate other news, write comment ?

I think we can do such things on many website, but if we want to earn money from such activities, i think it would be hard to finding such site. Earning money from writing comment or submitting news actually is just like what we are doing here in mylot. But earning money from give rating to other's posts actually is not sound promising because i think there's no site want to paying only for rating. Usually the rating is just an option which following with the comment writing. I know some site which we can submitting our review about a product and give rating on the product and we will earn point which can be converted into gift coupon for purchasing on their site. If you want to write reviews, try CIAO out. They pay 25 cents per review, and from my research they seem legit enough. Write around 100 words to describe a product and if you get friends there, make them read your reviews for once cent each. Has a way better earning potential than mylot. Hope this helps.

I dont know about submitting news or commenting on news, but there is a few review sites out there that do pay you to submit reviews on almost any topic. Some have different rules and standards than others, but generally you have to have a review that is 300-400 words in length and fit there grammer standards or it will be rejected. If it is accepted these sites will pay you upto 2.50 per review in the highest one I've seen that is legit. In any case these things do take time to do right, but If your knowledgeable about certain subjects and can write a solid review in that length relatively quickly than you might want to give some of them a try.
