Would you write a sponsored post for a product with negative feedback?

Yesterday, I was offered to write about a company that offers free web hosting and they have an ongoing promotion now. A third party contacted me through email telling me that their client is willing to pay $30 for 250-300 words blog review with a promotional code included. So before making a decision, I researched about said company and most of what I am seeing are negative feedback. My question is, would you consider writing about said company despite the negative feedback? $30 is still a lot of money.
