What type of milk you are using ?

We are using the pasturised and packed milk.But I have seen many people using the raw milk . The milking method itself is not hygenic and there is some sort of smell for this milk. So I dont use the milk supplied by the milkmaid. Again I knew that the same milk is going to the milk processing plants and coming in packets and we are using it with any hesitation. What about you ? What type of milk you are using ?

I think I drink 2$% milk. Skim milk tastes like white water.

We sometimes use skim, evaporated and processed milk. 
In cooking food, we often use evaporated milk which is usually in can. In drinking milk, I prefer skim or low-in fat kinds of milk. We all get the milk we consume in the grocery store which can be bought in tetra pack, sealed plastic bottles or in can. I know the milk supplied by some milkmaid...lolz...I really don't like it. Although it's fresh, I'm worried about the process or method they use..lolz..(milking cows manually by hands..) uhmmmm...hihi..

I use 2% skim milk. My daughter uses Vanilla soy milk.
