What is your favorite work out machine?

When I work out I like something easy,since I'm just starting out.I like two,I like using an exercise bike and a treadmill.I think these two are great for a beginner to start out using.When I'm used to this ,then I'll probably try something more advanced.What is your favorite machine?

I like to use the elliptical, but cannot seem to use it for extended periods of time because it makes my bad knee ache. I think my favorite excercise machine is the treadmill. I never seem to get bored with it and it is easy enough that anyone can do it. Lately I have been working out with my Wii fit balance board. It makes exercise fun and the whole family can join in. The exercises don't seem to be that tough, but when you try it you will find yourself panting!

I think I'm gonna get a treadmill.That way it easy to use and I can run or walk on it.That's great that you're into exercising.Keep it up!

I like treadmill because in treadmill you are like walking even your not outside and you do not have to go far from home. I believe that walking really exercises your body more and improves your body circulation and muscular system to be oxygenated well but you do not have to stress out too much because this will overstress your muscles that will result to muscle fatigue. You have to exercise the proper way in order to help your body more healthy.

I ould love to have the Ab Circle, but can't do it due to my knees. We have the Cardio twist and it's ok. My knees pop on it, but it's ok. I would love to have my own walking track and pool! Those are my favorite work outs!

I really like to use a treadmill, especially one where you can change the elevation. I think it gives an excellent workout for the whole body. I also like to do some aerobics, a little weightlifting with 3-5 pound weights for my arms, and crunches. Walking outside is also nice. We have quite a number of hills near my home so it's a good area to walk.

hi there!... i do treadmill...one of my favorite...its easy and it helps me get fit faster.. i like it cause i could get easily sweaty!...even just for thirty minutes.. makes you feel better and relaxed..and i think it has fast result.. i do it three times a week only.. sometimes i stop..if i feel that my body is kinda heavy and weak..i do exercises again...i do on and off.. cause sometimes it bores me and i feel lazy to do my exercise...lol! thanks!.. keep posting!
