I have been smoking for almost 15 years now. I started to realize that smoking will not do me any good and will not benefit my life, but BIG QUESTION is HOW DO I QUIT SMOKING? WHERE WOULD I START? i already tried a couple of times to quit smoking but at the end of the day i get back to my old habit of smoking specially if i am stressed out. Can you help me quit smoking? any advise or materials that you can give me to help me quit

One way to help you quit is to add all the money you spend in a year and times that by 15 years. That's a lot of money. You can probably take a nice little vacation with the money you save, not to mention the health benefits. You'll have more energy, and you won't smell like an ashtray. Go ahead, stick your nose in an ashtray and take a deep smell. You'll probably save a ton of money on your health insurance, and life insurance. Quit and start living. Good luck
