well, personally i think that my college life is fun. currently i am a 4th year Architecture student (5th year next school year), and i can say that this is a tough course. in my 4 years in college, i've experienced a lot of changes in my life, physically, socially, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. yes, changes in all of those aspects. and one thing i am most proud of is that i lost 58 pounds already from being 228 pounds back in high school. funny right? and i became independent in my own little way too. i think being a college student changed the entire "me" totally, and whether for the better or worse, im still proud of it. because it's "me".

College life taught me a lot! It's probably the most controversial years of my life. It's when I've gained real friends, it's when I'd got addicted to comp games, when I had ever had a failing grade though during my high school years I was always on the top three of the class, it's when I've chosen a lot of courses and didn't know what I really want, it's the time of all the experiences in the world! It is FUN but also DEVASTATING and the loneliest part of my life. I've been away from home, to my family as well, because I live in the province. But it taught me how to become independent, how to fight back. I'm just so glad I've finished schooling despite the setbacks I've encountered. But sad to say, I'm missing everything. Well, good luck to you! My brother takes architecture too! He's a sophomore now at University of Sto. Tomas, a university in the Philippines. Hope all goes well with you! Happy new year! :)

how cool is that! im also studying in UST. :) well its a pleasure hearing a response from a fellow Filipino. :) yeah, although i'm happy with the changes in me, of course ive gone through a lot of hardships and sadness throughout my 4 years in college. maybe those are the reasons why im still here and keeps on moving, to be a better person. good luck to your brother too.

Hi,taikixtrain~My experience is a little bit like yours. Changed a lot from high school. I've learned to face everything by myself, to determine everything by myself, even though sometimes it's hard but i did learn a lot. For weight, you are better than me. I'm so disappointed about my weight. Is there some good methods to lose weight? I'm looking forward to hearing from you about your methods. Happy mylot!
