When winter come i feel my weight is rising. The holidays and winter weather can be tough on our waistline, but some foods may actually help you fight the battle with fat. Almonds are rich in protein and heart healthy fat, it can make me feel a little full. I'd like to choose big potato which is as big as my fist, potatoes are jam packed with nutrients and fiber, and Soybean is good too. Swiss cheese has protein and saturated fat which will make me feel fuller. I think it’s a great snack as long as the portion is small. I do not want to cut my food to keep weight. How do you deal with the winter weight?

Hi kevinll. I like those foods you mentioned and how you describe them. I can't afford almonds and swiss cheese right now, but enjoy the rest of stuff. In the winter I just stick by the rule of not eating much past 6pm and when I do, I try to eat something with protein.
