Let's admit it...almost all of us came here to earn money.
But have u noticed that as we go along..we are enjoying what we are doing here and not really minding if how much credit we do get for each activity we make?I speak for myself, i try to respond to many discussions, start my own discussion as long as my eyes are not tired and my mind is still not fuzzy hehe.And i don't really keep track of how many times i interacted in one day.
I come across so many catchy titles of discussions started,and i get so excited to
express what i feel about the topic discussed.
And i even look at the writer's page and sends an invite.
It's not all about money..we are starting to enjoy what we are doing here.
Isn't that amazing???

I have to admit, i am trying for two years now, to make an extra buck or two online. But since i joined mylot, it really didn,t bother me anymore. Here we are, a big bunch of different cultures, men and women. Most of us have the same problems and the same fears. We are helping each other, we make friends and we can make fun with each other, without worrying that someone is going to get their knickers in a knot. I never in my wildest dreams, ever expected any site like this could exist. I am having a hell of a time and the people here are actually more real, than those we interact with each day in life.

I tell you ive been working on another online business too, and i dont get positive feedback from it for a month now.
But i want to do this online business, no matter what the cost..im obsessed with it haha.

Well i still have to meet one who can actually say how much she has received, gives inspiratation u know.
I dream i will receive my first payment, even if its $10 i would consider it as my prize for believing in myLot and for being so patient/sincere interacting with people.

yeah, for me its really amazing how this site has become part of my life! you are right upon saying that its not all about the money! its the friendship, the learning experience and the fun that makes this site really amazing...and what makes it more amazing is the fact that we are getting some 'incentives' while having fun! isn't it great? 
right now, i don't really mind how much i will be earning or what, as long as i am having fun discussing with other mylotters...it just surprised me that the more im having fun...the more funds coming my way!

hello again lipstick2009!
well i guess most of us are like that in the beginning coz actually i am also like that, being conscious on how much i earn for the day...maybe because that's my first intention when i joined this site...to earn!
but as time pass by, i met good people who suddenly becomes my friend as well, i enjoy the interaction between mylotters, and everything and so that's also the time i started not to mind the earnings that much! and it just surprise me that i am actually hitting the pay out monthly!
you are right, we are not just typing words here, we are actually interacting to other people from different places, and its like talking to a friend!

Well at first i tell you i was so conscious of how much credit im getting.
Im always looking at the stat saying how much i got as points.
But later on, i got the feel of it, the interaction, the lovely people u meet here.
The exchanging of ideas, opinions, how people really read ur discussions and see to it that they interact accordingly ,not just typing words to create a paragraph.

I know i have gained more knowledge since i came here.
I came across people who are experts in their own fields and they just share what they know unselfishly.
And some would offer sincere advices too.
Amazing isn't it that sites like this promotes friendship for a change.

I also came here for the money and I think that almost 99% of the people came here for he money but once you start reading the topics and start making friends it's not all about the money anymore.
It starts to become a pleasure to talk, to give advice, to get advice or to just make new friends

Yes you are right, it all started as a must..then it became pleasure.
I look forward to being here , and i just hope that i would have enough time everyday.
But when i don't, i try to make up the next day.
My wish is that i can spend 8straight hours on the computer and just focus at
myLot..maybe i will get rich by that .(*winks*)

Actually this money earning incentive is more a dampener to get quality discussions and quality responses as everyone is in a mighty hurry to increase their points. And I am no exception

Well im on my second month now, and i can say i even forget how many discussions i have reacted to and how many discussions i started for the day.
I don't count anymore haha.
I just type and type and give it my best.
Well, if i get compensated for it is not a bad idea ,isn't it?(*winks*)

I agree with you.When I started out my sole intention was to make money, I would j looking at the payout and how much dollars are left to go. I have made it to one payment and none since. Mylot has become more like a hobby. Moreover, the monetory benefits are not particularly substantial. I have made it a point to use mylot money for my hoobies. I look at mylot money as some sort of a windfall,a small one ofcourse! I have bought some yugoslavian notes and a couple of Indian coins on ebay. It like one hobby pays for the other. Mylot has not turned as I thought it would, but it has turned out alright.

Well said, even i had started my journey to earn a bit. Earning money was my only motive, but as time pased by though i realised the earning here is quite less, I would have left MYLOT for these peenuts, but i couldn't. This has became my passion since some days. I do start diuscussions, do comments and so on.
sometimes i wonder what mademe stay here with a low payment ? but we all know, MYLOT is far more then an earning opportunity.

Well i want to be honest, i am expecting someday i'll be earning from this site.But, it's not like im so mindful of how much i need more to reach a quota.

Yup, the first time I join mylot I am totally unaware and i do not feel anything until i meet few friends who make me smiles which makes me come here again to see their comments to my discussion. though, some remain anonymous it does not bother me anymore as the more important we are able to have a good interaction and develop a lot of understanding helping each other through their advices and suggestion.

Yes, this site continually give many contribution in a person. I for one, aside from earning, had realized good facts about staying at this site. This provides good social related information about society, the family, friends, and even relationships, health and many more interests that a person may find themselves giving their views.
This helps one to share, and relate his thoughts. Being able to seek others opinions and views that may advices, opinions for them.
This helps a person to discover himself. What he can do and share for the community.

Making money was what brought me here. The quality of discussions is what kept me here. However, why not do both? Have fun and make some added money. I am a person who likes to multitask. Still there have been a lot of interesting discussions around here, both thought provoking and amusing. I doubt I would have spent as much time here had it not been for the quality of discussion, even with the cash incentive.

Yes i would notice sometimes that some discussions lacks quality that u really know they are just doing it to meet some quotas.
But still there are more discussions being written for the primary purpose of
interacting effectively with the "mylot community".

it's funny you say that....because it is so true. i just joined and still really have no clue how to make it yet. haven't read everything about this site in detail.
i was drawn by the neat discussions too. some i have no clue about and others i want to jump right in.lol
this will be great if i can actually make money but it will be just gravy.lol
this kind of site can relax you and kind of take your mind to another place away from the REAL world for a few. thanks for asking such a simple question that surely will get many answers.lol
