Theorectical Dollhouse

So a few friends of mine have been hooked on a TV show named Dollhouse. Joss Whedon is the creator and I gotta say I am a huge fan of many of his shows, mainly Firefly, but I never really got into watching this one. Well a few days ago I got an itch to watch it and man it is insane. I love this show, I am glad that it is doing well enough to warrant a second season unlike so many shows like this I like. For those of you who don't know I am going to give the general break down of the ongoing plot line. The dollhouse is filled with people who "volunteered" to have their memories wiped from them and stored for 5 years. They will be fed, housed, medically taken care of and, for the most part safe. After the 5 years they will be paid an extremely high amount. Also sometimes during the 5 years something else may happen such as a family member taken care of, criminal records removed, or whatever, the dollhouse is very well connected. Now for the trade off, the bodies will be loaded with pre-programmed personalities and sent out on engagements ranging from negotiating for hostages, making drug runs, drivers, security, or even more intimate meetings. Virtually anything goes as long as the chance of death or dismemberment of the doll is not to high. Rich and well connected people pay huge amounts for these dolls. At the end of 5 years the dolls remember nothing and are reloaded with their own personality as if only a moment has passed. Now after all that here is my question. Assuming it existed, would you become a doll? If you had the money would you use a doll? Remember if you use a doll no but you will remember the event. If you are a doll you will have no worries for 5 years and no money worries for the rest of your life. Me??? I would become a doll. I don't mind the idea personally, I would get to expierence amazing things, sadly I wouldn't remember them but afterwards I would have the money to expeirence my own amazing things. I would be healthy, well fed, physcially fit, and relatively safe. If I had the money I would use a doll, not for a date or a lover (remember they will be programmed to be the perfect match for you, your programmed soul mate) but as security sure....as someone to negotiate better than anyone..sure.....who knows I am sure there is plenty of reasons. What about you guys???

Dollhouse is one program that I haven't seen yet. I don't even know what it's about. Maybe I have a favorite program on at the same time.

Yeah it is not so well known, thats why I put a synopsis of the show in there. Based on what info I gave I am really curious what people think about this, I am always kinda curious if my thoughts are more average or further out there.
