Why olive oil?

Olive oil is more qualitative than other oils. Olive oil helps you lose weight. It a good diet. Olive oil benefitial to health and protect us from damage by free radical oxidation. Cell membrances contain fatty acid that are highly susceptible to free radical. This damage produces lipid peroxides that can kill cell. So, let's consume olive oil for our health. However to choose the quality olive oil, look for the word "extra virgin".

olive oil is really healthly, i use it in every dish i made, i like to eat it also on a piece of bread witha bit of salt and a little garlic on it. I've a lot of oil bottles here, real oil, not hte one bought at the supermarket but olive oil that comes from farm here in italy, raw oil, i love its taste, i'm an expert of olive oil i've tryed a lot of oils in my short life. i eat bread with special raw oil every day.
