xrosslink always like to give value of its all members and writer. as i know xrosslink one of firm they have own may be 5 site, on of article writer. if the writer show respect on its TOS, they must be awarded. xrosslink team don't want see you unhappy with them. but rate or amount are depend on quality. writer are not get earn, if there is so many spelling mistake and grammatical error or if they find that the article was submitted before to other site. hope you got it and you may sign up and check about their honesty.
