how would you handle your stress on the daily basis

Stress is the common thing exists among our daily lives. We brought stress ourselves, or someone else brought it to us. We have to face stress these stresses everyday eventually. I just wonder how do you handle your own stresses?
At first, I might think over all possible strategy to help solve this problem. Then I might consider all possible outcome if I adopt this or that strategy. After I get tired, or not be able to think anymore, I might take a nap. After a couple of hours of sleep, I felt refresh, and I might feel better.

From your writing, there is a possibility that you are showing the symptoms of stress - fatigue which can be reduced by sleeping. I myself is a sufferer from stress too, and it can be very tiresome in certain days and only sleep can make the tiredness go away.
There are many explanation on how a stress starts, but the best way is to go and seek help from a professional therapist. You can learn how to overcome your stress the correct way and maybe some medication can help you too, but with doctor's advice.

It is too expensive to seek a professional therapist, and even though with my insurance, I might not want to spend extra dime on them. They maybe helpful, or not. If I can handle it myself, I would like to handle it myself. I just still in financial spending watch myself. So, I would do anything to cut the spending.

Well mediation is best to handle and balance stress. A good musiq, i sometimes take chocolates as best remedy to refresh my mood. Other is i will sleep when i feel more stressed.

Sress is nothing but the feeling of our heart. The best way to be stress free is when you feel stresshed take a from the current job and give some time for the job which give you most satisfaction like your hobbies.

and irealyy prefer nt to go for stress life
