How can you tell who is your newest subscriber?

I like to tell people thank you etc for subscribing to me however I have no idea how to do that when I look at my subscribers and it doesn't tell me who the newest one is. Does anyone know how you can find out who is your newest subscriber?

You have an option to be able to get e-mails whenever a new person subscribes to you. It should be on by default, but if it's not then it's not too hard to find. Under My Account Account Settings E-mail Options How often can YouTube e-mail me. You can choose to get e-mails when new people subscribe or leave messages or anything like that.
