More Americans hate their jobs than ever, do you? If so why? If not, why not?

To tell you the truth, I'm not satisfied with my current job. The company I work for has several legal and economical issues, my payroll is being held up almost for two weeks already, some money is owed to me from last year and things don't look to bright in the near future. But I'm still hanging on there, at the same time looking for some other job opportunity, even if I don't get same payment or near what I'm making here, which isn't that much kind a think of it.

When you are not happy with your current situation, it is wise to do as you are doing and seek other employment while you still have a job. What are you doing to find another job. Have you put your resume on the internet? Are you searching Craig's list. What about Monster.com? Have you let friends and associates know you are available? There's a better job out there for you. Keep the faith.

Tell me about it, Been posting my resume anywhere online and offline as well, getting in touch with old contacts from previous jobs, school, etc. Doing that for several months already and haven't been that lucky. I know, I just have to have patience and stick with what I have right now, but I'm also doing some online things on the side searching for the right venture that can help me earn some extra income. I'm pretty sure there are somethings, been paid already by some of them and some others have very big potential.

I am currently unemployed. But if I was still employed I would not hate my job. As the field that I work in is electronics. I have a Associates degree in Electronic Technology. I worked on copy machines for the last 8 years and it was not boring at all. I mess around with computers and all also which is cool.

Great to be in a field which you love. Maybe some of the people that hate their jobs, will quit and make an opening for you.
