Another Earthquake in Southern Iran

Curious. Iran had another earthquake on Sunday, in the south of the country, where they have their nuclear testing facility. So the question is, was this caused by nature or man-made? The area is known for it's small quakes or as they say it's seismically active. In fact, the area was specifically chosen for the purpose of disguising their nuclear test. Curious. We have not heard about this in the media, yet. I really wonder if it was real or man-made!?
