lose weight

I can't keep on exersise everyday and go on a diet.So I can't lose weight.I don't know what to do now.If you have some good methods,you can tell me.I will thank you so much.

I have the same trouble. I want to lose my weight. As I grow old, I become fatter and fatter. I don't like that. So I hope I can lose wight. According to my experence, the best way is to go on a diet. You can eat less food, your stomach will become smaller and smaller. And then you will be slim one day.

Awww that's a terrible way to look at yourself. I will admit ,I don't have a good relationship with my mirror either.But Please give yourself more credit! You can do anything you want to change ,if you put your mind to it.It took me 2 years to shed 98 lbs. along with six months of heavy cardio to build some muscles. As I said before good things take time. Good Luck to you also. I just wonder if, I started a beginners blog weight ,if it would help women like us.If I did it anyone can.BTW I am old also and will admit it gets harder the older we get.Keep the faith I am sure you are not as old as you think.

You can't to do a diet you just need to decrease the amount of food that you eat in a day!!! And go to swim! It's the best way to lose weight!!! Your body needs to maintain your temperature in 37° and for this you'll consume fat!!!! And your body consumes more fat in water than in air!!!!!! So if you enter in a swiming pool and stay that for 15 minutes you'll consume fat like 1 hour of run!!!!!! Have cold shower and drink cold water is very good too!!!! But you can' eat just after leaves the swimming pool! You swim, go out of swimming pool, wait 30 to 45 minutes and eat! But experiment decrase the amount of food you'll eat!!!!! It's a very goo method that can take some time to give you results but that function very well!!!!!

Your right in some respects, Swimming is gentle on the muscles that's a big plus with water making you weightless. Slow results but this is easy of the joints. Though its not always a option,because it costs a lot of money to belong to a gym.At least in the USA ,nothing is free.As I am sure you have heard by now we are living on hope.Using your own body to do any type of exercise making sure its warmed up is the way to go ! No embarrassment of being in a gym with thin people who are sculpted. Jogging 15 minutes makes up for hours of anything else,Though most of us cannot do it ,Seeing its hard as hell on our knee's.But walking briskly is just as effective.

First you don't want to call it a diet. You should tell yourself you are going to start eating for your health. Exercise can be very hard to keep up with ,I could never do it either.Now I exercise every day for at least 1 hr. It took me 6 months to build and start enjoying. You can start out very small amounts it only takes 3 minutes of your time to get your metabolism moving by raising your heart rate.Stairs can be a great place to start.Now that I see the results and firm body,My self image has improved greatly. Makes me happy even though there are days its still a battle,I like being sculpted without a gym. Good things are never easy they take work and commitment.But I can assure you if you can find a way to do these things you won't stop.Seeing the results.

Most people have a problem with their weights. Here are some of the things that you can do.The first thing you need to do is wake up early and go for 30mins of morning walk. After that you need to drink plenty of water and a diet breakfast.Avoid eating too much of oily stuffs or items containing high calories.Eat plenty of green vegetables and fruit juice.Avoid eating at odd times. Avoid eating sweets ,chocolates, ice-cream.You need to work out daily for about an hour.I am sure you will lose weight.
