Favorite food and recipe

hi. im a salmon lover, and i would like to share to you one of my favorite recipe.its very easy to cook and can take you 10 minutes. i hope you like this - Salmon steak- ing: 400g salmon fillet/ 1 whole white onion, cut into thin rings 1/4 c soy sauce/1tbsp lemon juice/dash of ground pepper/ 1/2 c water/ cooking oil/ 2pcs. garlic,pressed Procedure: heat oil in a non-stick pan, sautee garlic until lightly brown. add salmon fillet one by one,lightly brown each side for at least 4 min. . for both sides.add soy sauce, lemon, and water.let it simmer for 5 min. . . and finally sprinkle with pepper and top with onion.Cover the pan for 1 . more minute.turn off the stove,and leave the fish in the pan for a few . . . more minutes.You may adjust the soy sauce and water according to your . . . taste, but do this while simmering. if your not a fish lover, kindly tell your preferred food, and i will gladly share to you some of my fave recipe. enjoy!
