have you experienced being bombard with phone calls from agents of your credit card company?Sometimes it's really annoying specially if your doing something and you'll received those type of calls. They will remind you to pay your balance on time so what's the purpose of the account statement they're mailing?Sometimes when you're late a day before the due date you'll received their calls. Uuugh! And when you call them for hidden charges and over billing you need to listen to many advertisement until you can talk to an agent but most of the time you'll received busy tone at the end.Do you same experience?

I hate that. The problem my husband and I are having is that his ex-wife is still using my husband's last name (even though she is married) and is opening credit cards using mine and my husband's last name. Well, she had been late on all her payments and it got to the point where we called the credit card companies and said "look, she is his ex-wife and the credit cards were opened after the divorce was finalized. He is now married to me. I have one credit card that I am slightly behind on, but I am hoping to pay most of it off later this month. I owe 800.00 and will be happy if I can pay at least 300.00 this month.

I had received these kind of issues when i had applied for the new credit card. For a single credit card almost all the employees will call me for verification and for further details. It so horrible for me at that situation. But never i faced of situation like late payment or such things.

I've had this bank called 1st Financial hound me about a late payment. I got about 4 calls per day, from these weird anonymous numbers, having their people "remind" me that my payment was late. This has to be the most ANNOYING and most UNPROFESSIONAL thing in the whole world.

Yeah, I totally agree with you at this. Although I didn't receive much calls from those credit card solicitation anymore, I just have to cancel those cards that really charge me high interest. I couldn't afford to shop with those credit cards anymore. Rather, I would like to use cash.
