hockey might be the national game of india,but its administration is in shambles today...the things are so bad that hockey india(hi),the body that governs the game in the country,cannot even rope in sponsor for country's team. is the new crisis anothersignal of the decline of hockey in india???? what are the reasons for the sorry state?????? who is responsible fo the scenario?????????/
