If you were the person giving an interview and the person farted during the interview, would you still hire them???

I guess it would be the true test of how that person acts in an embarrassing crisis. I would definitely observe and consider the situation, while counting myself lucky and the interveiwee unlucky for this unexpected "pop quiz"

If the individual had all the right qualifications and appeared right for the job I would not let one little old fart stop me from hiring him or her! It can happen to anyone and, providing the interviewee excused him or herself I would have no problem at all. If it happened continuously throughout the interview I would suggest he or she receives medical attention before starting work…Wouldn’t want to subject the other employees to the experience!!

I guess it would depend on how it was handled! If they politely said, "Excuse me." I might. It really would depend on their other qualifications. Maybe they only fart when they are nervous!

I would If he did it unintentionally then i would if he is really that good. Every one farts but if he did to annoy then the sooner the interview is up so goes his application in the bin. On the other hand, if am that the one being interviewed and i farted unintentionally, i don't think i would pursue the job. What i did will be remembered for the longest and newbies are usually the one being bullied so i dont think i would last that long. Since chances are, my name will be on the topic ones the story starts to circulate. Cheers!
