Do you believe in 'the older the fatter'? Believe or not, I myself is a little fatter than before, and hard to lose weight now. I was very thin in about 17, now I'm 30 and found myself with much fat. Are you in the same situation like me?

I was skinny when i was little and still skinny up to now. Would you believe that i can still wear my college shirts and jeans up to now? I tried to gain weight but it seems that my body wont let me. I not underweight either according to the doctor but i just felt that at 61 kg at 5'9'' is just too thin for me.

gaining weight doesn't depend on your age, it depends with your choices of food and discipline, i'm much older than you but i got healthy physique...watch your diet and have regular cardio exercise to trim those stubborn fats..

Yes, it can somehow be applicable for some people but not for everybody. As far as I know, as a person gets older, his/her metabolism will also become slower. With that, older people gain more weight than usual. But there is no really one hundred percent assurance that all people getting older will also gain weight. It still depends on the individual's body.

Not much. I think, genes have something to do with that. If you have fat parents, chances are when you grow older, you become fatter also. And add to that, if you acquired the eating habits of your parents, then chances are you will really become like them.

Everybody goes through that phase unless you have a serious medical illness. The older we get, the slower our metabolism is. Our body doesn't burn as much calories as it used to. Also as we get older, we tend to engage less in physical activities hence the fat build up.

I don't think so. There was no relation between Age and Fatness. Fatness depend upon our Heridity and Nutrition. Mainly Hridity. If our father or mather is fat then thre was a more chances of fatness to us. And also we have to some exciresises. Specially at the age of 25 we have to start walking early morning. Believe within a month you will start to enjoy walking.

Well, it is not true! Maybe many people get fatter with the age, but I don't think it means for all. There are people, who even get thiner with the age so I think it depends on the people!
