Well anyone knows about these site Newsvine.com , digital journal where people use to submit news and rate news

I don't know whether newsvines pays or not but digitaljournal pays. All you need to submit a news sample as per their guide line and if they approve then you can post daily.

Yes they are paying via paypal, but honestly speaking i have tried twice and both time my application was rejected. If someone invite you then their is a quick chance of approval.NOw i am working as freelance writer.
