Smells and memories

hello wickedlove! whenever i smell crayons, or the pages of a new book or notebooks, and a pencil... they bring back to me the memory of my first days in elementary school! i don't know why but that's what i actually feel everytime i smell them...and it makes me smile remembering those days...

Yup ! I have one name is Core2 its sumthing related to friends its smell reminds me the my past spent with frnds becauz when i was there with them i mostly use it...........Becauz now i shifted to new place here also i have some new friends......but scent remember me the my past frnds

I think the smell of sweat will reallymake us think on, because if we sweat out a lot then we have worked diligently.

If we consider all of these scents as triggers to our own memory banks they all create feelings be it positive or negative and learning of how to use these in daily life is of great benefit, you can devise a resource folder of all of these triggers nd perhaps in the day you want to feel a certain emotion just trigger it. Professionals and actors use this technique a great deal to get into state for their performance or simple to perform at their best....so why shouldnt you feel at your best..... If you believe any of these are important in your life maybe to keep your spirirts high or just create great feelings inside you at any time then use them as you will, be great feeling excellent every day or being able to drift to your favourite place in your mind at the end of each week,
