I love my dog, I have had him for about 8 years now and he really is like part of the family. However there are a few problems that I have come across lately. I am not sure but I think it might have been because of the big snow storm that we had, but my dog peed in the house, something he almost never does. The bad thing is that he peed against our spare room bed and no matter what I do, I can't get rid of the smell or the stain. I cannot count how many different spot treatments I have bought and nothing has worked. I don't want to throw the bed away cause it is pretty much new, but I can't let anyone sleep on it without thinking about the smell and the stain. Is there anyone out there who can help me? Is there anything that I can use that will work? Please I need some serious help.

I have the same problem here. I have 4 indoor dogs and they pee everywhere. I have to wash the floor every day as the dried out pee emit a certain kind of smell. I do send them out occasionally during the day but still I can't stop them from peeing everywhere in the house.

Baking soda and bleach mixed together make it like a paste so that you can apply it over the stain and let it sit there and then scrub it until the smell and stain are both gone. Having inside pets is hard because they damage things in one way or another. Good luck I just now have no pets because its the park policy but I don't miss the cleaning up all the unwanted smells, accidents and hair anymore.
