If you knew someone who was mistreating their pet ,would you report them?No matter who it is would you report them?I don't know anyone who is abusive to their pets,but I wondered how many people would step in and do something about it ,if they did know.I would report the person,I'm against animal abuse and no one normal would take an animal if they felt they didn't want it.If some one close to me mistreated their pet I would talk them into letting me have ,I think.If I saw a pet starving or something that bad I would have to repotrt it.What would you do?I also ask because I just got done watching an episode of "Animal Cops", where someone got two American Bulldogs and left them in their back yard without any food,water or shelter.They lived out there.Those dogs were so skinny,they only weighed about 47 pounds,they said.The person had to pay a fine for that,the dogs did get adopted out.
