How do I make a website?

I want to learn to make a website so that I can start it with my little business. Right now I only have a blog and its only have a limited feature. Asking for someone's work for making a site is a little bit expensive. I would just like to make a simple yet arrogant site for my business. Can you suggest any site that i can use or tutor?

you need to learn more about html, css , javascript and php :)
if you planning to make shopping cart website, you must know about php and mysql database :)

hahaha do you know any online school for this? really dont know esp. the terms sorry for that.
