Many people have become aware that a vaccine can be dangerous! Without a vaccine, what can YOU do to protect yourself from the swine flu virus? Do you think that is good or bad to vaccinated? Who are vaccinated against swine flue? Is real or is just a conspiracy?I must vaccinate against this flue or not? http://www.iamhiphop.com/profiles/blogs/swin-flu-conspiracy-important

A year ago our company offered vaccination against flu. I didn't avail it since i got sick during the vaccination schedule. I heard from fellow co-worker that it just make your body strong against flu but not in all type of flu. ONce the vaccine last for a year, when flu comes your sickness become more serious than regular one since you've been immuned in a regular flu already. I think there is no need for you to undergo vaccination as long as you practice a healthy diet, proper hygiene and avoid stress.

I know, that is very important to care about what you eat, i mean doctors say that garlic, onion, spicy food is very good...of course C vitamin, and a healthy life style, too..

Hi icesmile . I never get the vaccinations. I would rather take good care of my body by natural means. I really do not trust medicines. A few people (but not the majority) have been damaged by the swine flu shot . I take food supplements and herbs. If I feel some illness is coming on me I take things like echinacea and increase my vitamin C and sometimes E. I listen to what God tells me about my body. I do not think it is a conspiracy. Just the usual cycle of fear I've seen for decades.

Is only what newspapers say, about a conspiracy; maybe is not dangerous to vaccinate, but i ask myself, who doctors refuse to vaccinate theirself, because they don t trust in this...

Had all of the member of my family vaccinated every year for the past 6 years now. Its one of the preventive measures to take for this illness. never missed them. If there will be available swine flue or the H1N1 influenza here now, then i surely would have a shot of it. Our lifestyle is healthy but better to be prepared than feeling sorry if one got one in the future.
