There is no sure way to block all the spam out there. But you can create rules such as block this domain from sending me messages. but marking them helps too. After some time the computer and web provider will get smart and start blocking them for you. However if a block doesn't seem to be working make sure your spam fillter is set to on and as high as possible.

You might have to invest in a spam filtering software if you don't have one yet. Also rather than just deleting the items highlight them and mark them as spam or add the sender to the blocked sender list. Your help function in your email software can tell you how to do that.

Most email programs have spam filters. You need to set up your email program so that it filters spam. Without knowing what program you are using, it's impossible to tell you how to do this but I suggest that you look at the Help area for your particular email program.
