There are studies that shows how socialization or meeting,talking and sharing to people can reduce you stress.Experts said that having socialized to others can provide psychological effect and gives calmness and relaxing effect to anyone.Of course we should also remember that if we want to relax and relieved our stress,we should only socialize to positive people. Those who have a positive personalities which will also encourage us and will not give a negative pressure on us. So next time you are in stress.. keep socialized

I agree absolutely! Whenever I am under tremendous mental stress, I try to spend some time with my friends and get in touch with family. Sharing the causes of my frustration, in my terms 'venting', gives me new energy, and suggestions from my closest people help me reorganize myself. I think this is one very good reason why there should be access, even if limited, to social networking websites from work.

yes, exactly sharing our thoughts to people reduces stress.and we can gain different thoughts about anything,because they give the different answers,by that we know some additional knowledge on that.
