I eat on time usually, but sometimes I don't.For example ,today I didn't have lunch on time because I have to accomplish my homework. When I get it over,it's so late,I feel very hungry and my stomach is not comfortable. Do you eat on time everyday? If not,why ?

Hi, langjipingzong. I don't usually eat on time nor the same time everyday. But, I usually will be hungry before 12 p.m. or so. My appetite changes constantly daily and I am not always hungry at the same time everyday either.

I eat when I am hungry. Each time I eat for a small amount, even when I am quite hungry. this is to avoid my stomach 'overloaded' meanwhile i can try variety of food

Yes I eat my food in time most of the days, it gets delayed only on some days when I am busy in some other schedule or travelling.

No, actually thats my mom's problem with me... I don't eat on the right time and sometimes skipping meals. It is just hard for me to maintain a regular pattern of eating. I eat when I'm hungry and when I wanted to.

Hi,danilliam.I think without eating lunch is not a good eating habit.I am a students ,too. And I know that sudying need a lot of energy. So if we don't have lunch,we will be hungry and uncomfortable.Maybe you should have a talk with your families and let you have the shower first.

I really don't eat on time always because my circadian rhythm has changed since I started working just at home. As what I used to say on some of my comments, I am an online English teacher and I am just working at home almost every night. I often sleep around 2 to 3 am and wake up around 12noon to 2pm everyday. Because of this schedule, I cannot have my breakfast and my lunch is very late. But, I eat frequently everyday that's why I don't easily get hungry. I eat a lot for snacks and for dinner. I even eat food before going to sleep. I know this isn't a healthy habit but I get used to it already and I am always trying to compensate with the meal I escaped by eating a lot frequently.

Er,I think eat on time is good for our health. As for your work schedule,it's difficult for you to eat on time.So the eating habits is very important for you, right ?So I have to say you really should stop eating food before sleeping though it's not so easy to change a habit.

THOUGH lunch is generally between 1pm & 2.30pm dinner ( if I eat one) is not fixed - depends on my mood and appetite. You see, I generally have a small snack or fruit etc for dinner around 8-9pm - rarely a full meal for dinner, helps me waking up fresh and light in the morning and get a good sleep too. Breakfast again is on my need - sometimes not at all, sometimes just cereal- flakes or porridge, at times yoghurt or even bread slices & butter. also on many days I have a very small snack or some fruit or fruit juice or even butter-milk, curds etc. every 2-3 hours - mainly to prevent hunger or even acidity
