I want to permanently delete my account.

Most places offer the option to do it yourself in your account settings. However if you don't see that option, then contact the help center for the website in which you want to delete the account. However, before doing so be sure to remove whatever you can from the site that's personal, or make sure you have a copy of any postings you may have made. All of those things will be deleted along with the account.

You can't actually "delete" your account..you can only deactivate it....to do this go to your Settings section and do it in there.
