I like to buy a new mobile phone.....

Most smart phones claim to have "real" internet web browsing. Don't be fooled by that. A lot of web browsing requires a lot of things, battery power, connection speed, and location are among the things that will hinder your abbility to access the web the way you would prefer. Mylot is one of the sites most phones would have difficulity with. The reason I say this is because its add supported and a majority of those adds are flash-based. A majority of the phones don't properlly support flash so loading the site would be difficult at best. Cameras with video capture are quite common and are relitelvy easy to find. so you shouldn't have a problem. Phones with the new android platform seem to be stable enough. Or rather the most stable out of all of them.

Go for the Apple I phone 3G. It might be a little expensive, but you can browse the internet, and its touch screen in superb.Pictures are okay and even tough music is not important for you, I phone has the best music player.If you go for a 2g phone, browsing will be quite slow, so go for the 3G.

I think as you mentioned you want to surf the inter net the most on the cellphone so you needs good big touch screen mobile handset which is capable of high speed Internet(supporting GPRS EDGE,3G etc)...and music is not that important to you so i suggest you to go for SAMSUNG CORBY Pro(if you have low budget) if not the case then go for HTC HERO. You may buy mobile which use WM system. I suggest you buy HTC6850 if you use CDMA net. I had bought HTC6850 last month. The default Home screen of the device is the TouchFLO 3D Home screen,which allows finger-touch access to the most important functions such as contacts, text, messages, e-mail,internet, and more.I spend one month times to control this mobile. Now I can use it expertly.
