Lots and lots of debate has been going on to find out which is the angel of these two most commonly drunk beverage around the world. Though it really boils down to personal preference and liking, deriving more health properties sometimes does influence the choice people make between the two. Personally for me I am a tea drinker. I love all types of tea. Green tea for its well known detoxication properties, camomile tea for its calming and soothing effects, mint tea for its refreshing taste especially great after a hearty meal, chinese tea for its touch of delicate oriental fragrance, english tea for its perk-me-up-in-the-morning effects etc etc. A cup of hot tea to me is a simple yet satisfying luxury. Well as for many coffee lovers I know the potent pick me up effects found in that cup of frappe, cappucino, mocha or expresso are hardly easily replaceable. so whats your cuppa?

I thnk tea is better for health. After your lunch, you can have a cup of chinese tea. You will go less to the hospital. Because many people say like that. Which is your choice?

Tea and coffee have caffeine but I think both have a lots of benefits you just need to drink it in moderation. Too much is not good for our health and I think both have good and bad effects. I seldom drink coffee now because I had a hard time sleeping.

I am a tea and coffee drinker.
Coffee is good for the health too, just dont drink it too much.
Not all teas are good for the health, example me, i am not supposed to drink green tea, as it is bad for my health because i have hypothyroidism. I do drink tea every night just not the green tea one.

yup think you just made a very valid point. always take things in moderation. too much or something may turn out to be unbeneficial.
