How do you feel about the US Government Bailouts?

Do you feel they should have been given out at all? Do you think they gave too much? Or too little? Do you think that the companies... after seeing what they did with the money, should have even gotten it at all? It seems like all the bailout did was make the rich richer, and the poor poorer. I say that the country... whether "normal" citizen OR politician, needs to be accountable for their own actions and their own behaviors. It really sucks that the big uppidy ups in these big corporations would rather put millions in their pockets than keep a nation full of jobs so the rest of us can earn a living. It sucks that we've all been taught to "charge charge charge" for those sweaters and tvs, playstations and livingroom suites. Hell, you can finance anything these days. I say - the nation in general is just greedy anymore. I'm not saying that I don't like money... I LOVE having money (no, I'm not rich by any means. lol)... but I know my limits. I know that if I buy that car and this couch OOH and how about a wii and a new wardrobe, maybe an oven and new carpeting... and lets put it all on charge cards and credit cards... I KNOW that I'm getting in over my head... So... do you think we're all just too greedy and should learn a big lesson from this? Or do you think that we should depend on the government to "bail us out"?

Understand something...T.A.R.P.was not a bail out, depsite being billed that way. It wasn't about rescuing the economy...it was about the transfer of a great deal of power and the creation of a 4th branch of government...we'll call it the "treasury" branch. It not only unconsitutional, it was fiscal treason.
