People here like traditional chinese medicine very much. It seems like that the traditional chinese medicine is more gentle than western medicine,we always boil some chinese medicine to keep ourselves in good health in daily life. I like to boil soups with different chinese medicinal plant and meat,they are delicious and healthy.
