Yes. I too agree with your views. I don't know how the regulatory authorities work in your country, but unfortunately my country doesn't have any regulatory authority for MLMs / Network Marketing companies. All we have here is an association formed by Direct Sellers. Because of this, many companies emerged in the past and most of them claimed to be best. Very soon, they've gone nowhere. Most people fallen victims of these unsustaining companies. And the big boys who entered the Direct marketing, haven't got their plans well, finally ruined the industry by paying peanuts for our efforts. I tried this network marketing a while ago, and was not successful. (Because nobody was there to guide me. I was working full time then.) Later, I knew how to win in Network Marketing. Though I knew later, I didn't try anything because none were worth giving a try. (You may know, the product, the company and the leader all are important in achieving success in Network Marketing) Just recently, I took up a business, which seemed to be worth giving a try. And it is. The product is needed for any common man and the price is not higher than the market price. (The product is recharge coupons for prepaid mobile users in India. The price is the same. You may know, everyone needs the recharge in their daily routine life.)
