I think I have a different opinion about how people staring at me. I don't like a guy staring at me like that. I don't think that staring is a good manner at the first place. If someone is attracted to me, so I would like him to look at me with appreciation and respect, not with staring and grinning.

I agree. I don't like those kinds of stare, or any type of stare. Its disturbing and unbecoming.
If its from a good looking guy, though, Id wish he'd just come right up and introduce himself. If he's ugly, I'd wish he'd vanish..lol.
