Shaving vs. Waxing

I always struggle for sometime now how to achieve smoother legs. My bf just likes touching my legs so it's so embarrassing if he'll "bump into bumps"! Gosh!No way! I usually shave, but because of the chicken skin I got from it, I went into hot and there was once, a cold waxing. My goodness! I can't bear the pain. The instruction set with the do-it-yourself waxing at home says you'll eventually get numbed into the pain after series of pulling. But it hurts a lot! I have used Veet too, both the Aloe and the "for sensitive skin" one. But up to now I can't bear the smell but I guess this is the utmost solution I should have if neither the shaving and waxing wins. :)

Hi Marzha_Martina! My legs are really not that hairy but I still wanted them to be hair-free. Before, I often go to salons to have them professionally waxed so they'll be soft and smooth. Yeah shaving can cause irritation and chicken skin. Now I had undergo permanent hair removal through laser. It never grew back and I'm satisfied. How about trying it too? Happy mylotting!

Wow! Isn't it painful? I'm really scared of equipments and devices used for beauty treatment, huhuhu! So it has never grew back now? Wow, I think its costly if its that outstanding, that's nice, I will never spend on waxing nor shaving anymore. I have tried on the salons but only waxing too. I'll try to research about the hair removal. Thanks much to your recommendation! :)

Of course I will choose shaving because it is not painful. Waxing is horrible for me, although it works better and really shaves well. Your hair will grow up after a longer time. But I don't mind shaving several times because I can't stand the pain of waxing.

The only time I do the wax thing is for my brows....and thats painful enough.
