Older People and Piercings

I am 39 years old and I have my tongue pierced. I want to know how many people got piercings later in age and why did you get them. I got mine because I have always loved piercing I had my nose pierced since I was 16 years old and I have my nose pierced twice in the same nostril. I want to get other piercing but I am to scared of the pain. What is your opinion on older people getting piercings.
Do you think a woman with stretch marks should get a belly ring? What about a pregnant belly sgould it be exposed with a belly ring? (what a discusting thought)

As for ages..there isnt any age IMO that one SHOULDNT get or should stop getting piercing..I got my first body piercings when I was in my 20s and I'll be 40 this yr and am getting another one done next month actually when my kids get their first done....Same with tats..there isnt a "cut off age" as far as I'm concerned...I'll most likely be getting tats well into my 60s knowing me LOL..but thats my personal choice and when it comes to body art of any kind thats all that matters..ones personal choice....

For me in my own opinion a belly ring in a pregnant belly with it exposed is extremely tacky. And for some an exposed pregnant stomach is disrespectful, Some people believe that the birth of a child is beautiful and so is a pregnant belly.
It is just really tacky to walk around in a half shirt sporting a 8 mo old pregnancy belly..lol

I think for me its HOW its displayed ya know...I mean if an 8 month preg woman is walking around in spandex shorty shorts and a tube top then okay, ya tacky BUT if its NOT shown off in a trashy way then its actually a very beautiful thing....I had a very close friend back in the day for example who at 7 - 8 months preg (this is in the summer of course) would come into my work wearing a peasant skirt, sandles and a bikini top and she looked absolutely beautiful..
