Yeah, I am busy all day long and don't get home until after 8 pm most nights. I try to be in bed by 10 pm if at all possible. I need something light that I can eat right before retiring. I don't use a fridge or anything, just need something quick and lite that doesn't need cooking or anything. I don't want a lot of calories that time of night but I need it to satisfy me. Low salt, low calories and low fat! Anyone got any quick easy ideas?

Unsalted popcorn? I was going to say yogurt but you mentioned that you do not use a refrigerator. Other options, dill pickles, beef jerky, but those both contain a fair amount of sodium. Jello if you had a refrigerator but again...no frig! My mind is blank now. Oh one more, unsalted peanuts for almonds are a great and filling snack. Good luck!

Almonds sound great! I may go with that and some little dried fruit to go with them! Actually I can purchase some jello it doesn't have to be refridgerated! Thanks!!!

cookies made up of oats and hot milk is I think the best snack before sleeping. It is light and the milk will help you fall sleep easier. Aside from the fact that it is healthy.
