I'm a college student so I spend a lot of time rushing off to classes, studying, and doing homework. I still manage to find time to read. When? Whenever I can. I always carry a book with me so that I can read on the train ride to school, before class starts, and during break. I sometimes snag an hour to myself after class to read, or I read just before going to sleep. So here's my advice: You find the time when you carry the book with you. Whenever something is loading too slow or you're waiting for something... open up a book and read. And you can always set aside an hour before bed or in the morning that you can designate as your quality book time.

I always be able to find a tine to read a book. If you're working and you have spend the whole day working, you might think that you don't have time to read anything, but that's not true. You can always be able to read before you go to bed, for example, or when you have some times while you're resting from your computer or your daily job. Or maybe you spend the weekend not doing anything, you can grab your book and start reading. Being busy is the most common reason I have ever heard from working people. When I was in the high school I was pretty much agree with that. I have to go to school, dealing with home work and also socializing on weekends, but that was only excuses. The truth is, you always have at least half an hour to finish one chapter every night before you go to bed. If you do it in a routine based, you would be able to finish a book every week. Good luck.
