I've been going through all my discussions.I've been noticing I have alot from like a month ago that I responded to,and the poster never came back to the discussion. They didn't comment on any responses at all.I like to come back to my discussions eventually when I see I'm getting some responses.I like to go through them all at one time.I wonder why the poster just disappears?

I had answered a question about a month ago, It seemed like the person really wanted an answer. So I did it, well the person has never commented on any of the 6 or 7 responses, so it does make you wonder. But I also did a check and the person is still writing posts, so I guess they just don't give a hoot. On the other hand, I answered a lady whom had a question for people whom had, had an operation. I explained my experiences with the same operation. Yet they only responded to the first 2 comments, and none others, Yet they are still coming in and posting?? What is up with that? Sort of makes me wonder with some people some days. If they don't want opinions then why ask for them, and not respond?

Often I find this to be the case with a newbie or someone who has never bothered to read up on how to get the most out of myLot. I don't let it bother me because it's not us who is missing out but the person who can't be bothered to follow up.

A blogger's instinct I guess. Well They just love posting articles about something and they just love to blog and blog and blog and blog all throughout the day that they care less to listen or read what others might think about what they've posted. I think it's better for them not to respond because it saves them and us the trouble writing and reading comments that use templates. I really don't want to see a comment from the poster of the discussion that looks like this: "Hi hex, thank you for responding in my discussion. Hope you have a nice day" and unto the next box "Hi Java, thank you for responding in my discussion. Hope you have a nice day. Take care"
