how do you get people to view your blog? or follow you on twitter?

i have been blogging since like forever. i didn't really mind not having people to read my blogs, UNTIL i started joining online programs. now it started to matter. i feel like my blogspot account feels terribly lonely. LOL.
how about you? how do you get people to view your blog or follow you on twitter?

i had blog too and to get my viewer i promote my blog in socialize site like in facebook,twitter,yuwie,make money online,etc this site good way to get visitor

yeah, i've tried that already, but sometimes it feels like people just won't view my blog anyway. LOL. but it's okay, i'm already working on it. thanks anyway! =D

You should try to drop a comment to another blog. So they know that someone is reading their blog and start to read your's too. :D

so that's why there are some people who were dropping by comments on my other blogs way back then. LOL. thanks, i'll try doing this one to. anything for a viewer. ;)

I agree, this is supposedly one of the best ways to get people to read your blog: leaving comments on other people's blogs, and leaving your blog address there of course. The best sites to leave comments on are ones related to your blog-- if you write a music blog, leave a comment on a music site or blog, or somewhere else where people will be interested in the subject of your blog.
Another thing you can do is to put the URL of your blog and maybe a phrase describing it as a signature in your emails. that way anytime you send an email you'll be promotion your blog.

The two things I have found that really help to generate a serious amount of traffic much of which that continues to return is to firstly write articles for various sites such as Ezine and hubpages. These generally appear quickly in search engines and if optimized using SEO principles will continually generate traffics for months.
The other and the one which many successful blogger will tell you is key to generating really great traffic is to submit a guest post to a popular blog within your niche. Not only will you gain from an already established readership but also from those interested in your niche. Plus it can act as an endorsement for your site.
Of course you need quality, original content on your blog to keep them there when they arrive but that pretty muc goes without saying.

I am actually a learner of Internet and new comer to this new Internet terminology. But i am reading very much aboubt blogging and good reasons to have a bolg on Internet. What I have understand from all this reading, net surfing, blog visting and from my own intelligence is that to write a blog to be viewed by more and people, you sholud become a celeb or at least get fame and popularity by doing different, unique and hot things. It is also true that Online social sites will help a blogger very much.

see, blogging is just like painting, its an art, and you need to devote yourself into something to get the golden results.
i had a blog years ago, i never cared to polish it. even though it was a careless tech blog, i used to have more than 256 people everyday ! but soon as my content was not updated and i have nothing in my blog nowadays but still have around 7 visitors everyday :D
there are a lot of things that you need to know about blogging. im going to start a new blog soon, ill let you all know when i do
