how long do you spend online

Nowadays life of each one of us depends on computers. Internet is one of the main sources of information. Probably very soon internet will replace TV and newspaper.
So how often are you in front of your PC? Every day? A few times a day? And how lond do you stay online? 1 hour per day? 2 hour? Or more?
And how do you see the near future? What will the role of internet be? Will it became a main instrument for getting information and entertainment? And what is the influence of computers and internet over us? Is there some hostalgia to the "old" way of life?

The internet is a great source for looking up information. I like to spend a couple of hours online on the Internet. I like to use it to look up stuff and play games and listen to music. I know some people that can be online for hours straight. I don't think I could do that I think my eyeballs would get all dried. lol.

Hi Bgangelrs,
I am online everyday, as much as possible. I check on my mails and visit some social networking sites, too but this is very seldom now. I find time to log in and post or answer discussions here --- it has been an addiction to me. When I am doing work in the office, the least that I could be online will be an hour, during my lunch break. The duration I am online varies. It really depends on who gets the first chance to the laptop --- my children or myself, lol.

let me tell you that each of us are a little depended on internet but not at all. well,, like what u have said, there are alot os paid and supporting sites that hosting tv channels, and probbly be our television sooner. people who only stayed at home especially those who are bored me take alot of hours getting online not just 2,3,4 or 5 housr,, especially when it comes to online gaming social site. well, for me.. there are positive and negative results in the computers and internet.. but it's up to us how we will manage it..

I usually spend 5-6 hours a day online. This is for orkutting,chatting,downloading. Recently, i've joined in mylot. I really love to respond to discussions.

Internet is the major source of gathering information, entertainment. In future computer will definately relpace TV and Newspapers, might paper work will stop in future, education will be done online, things will not happen with out internet. every thing has been transfered in to online, example: online billing, online banking, online working all most all everything.
Coming to the point, I can online for 2 hours in a day.

I will be regularly on online.Daily i will sit before computer and i use internet
2 hours.In online i will see my mails,news updates,electronics,etc and many more.

I tend to spend at least five to six hours online due to the fact that I work online and from home. If I dont spend time online then well my money shrinks and I can't pay the bills on time if it doesnt happen soon. Also I love to read and hate spending money on books because well I read a huge book in less than three days and thats alot of new books I need each month, but hey at least it keeps my mind sharp in the long run.

I used to spend most of my time on Internet as it is biggest source of information and we can stay connected to people from worldwide as well. Soon i will not have much time for net but still i am getting addicted to myLot and i will using it regularly whenever i will get time. And whole weekend over here...lol

In this economy I find myself on my pc on a regular basis at least an hour to 5 hours a day!

Well, I am spending near about 8-9 hours in front of computer and staying at least 4-5 hours online.
I think the Internet slowly becoming the main medium of Information, entertainment and also for Time Passing. You Love or hate, but nobody can ignore the Internet.

I am a college student and I am on my vacation.I turn on my laptop when I open my eyes everymorning.There was a lot of information on the internet to amaze me every second.I wanna make money online and search the engine.Mylot is the suitable website for me.It takes a long time to find out.At beginning,I amnot able to select accuracy words and find lots of useless information.I mean that internet change our daily life.We can search our objects but not encounter what we get when we exactly kown what we want.
