I saw recently a site which pays its members to upload pictures. Is it a legit site?Does it pay to its users regularly?

I using it. That's right you get paid from views your pictures, no upload. There's one minus, you have to see in Traffic, becouse some country have very low traffic you you won't earn good. It's legim but in BETA. I have just used in to upload photos on my website.
