Whenever word 'village' comes into our mind , a picture comes having huts, shelters, fodders, cattles, wells, etc and many things that are more close to nature.I belong to a village ,but my family moved to a metro city while i was a child. So i sometimes get chance to enjoy village life. The thing that i like i n village is its purity, simplicity and divinity. Here we are more close to nature. Please share your village experience.... Happy lotting

I still live in a village, in Romania. Romanian villages are really beautiful and the scenery is magic. I love living here. It really is simple and divine and it lacks the pollution of big cities.

I have been to a village in haryana where some of my relatives live, though i have been born and brought up in a city.Being an indian,i know that the soul of India lives in its villages. The scenery ,the greenery and the picturesque is all so beautiful there. City life is nice but one gets frustated after some time with it,but one cannot get bored with the village life.I had a lot of fun during my visit to my uncle's place (in is a small village).....i love going there....& will go there again in a few days time...:)

You are right my friend, villages are heart and soul of india. We get frustated in cities due to monotony carried by it. there is a PSEUDO INTELLECTUALITY involved in city life.

magic - house in winter
Hi there, i am a city person, i lived all my life in capital, i was born there, but i have 3 years now, i live in a small village, a small community, near to mountins, and with car in just 15 minutes i am in Mall, in city. I adore this kind of life, simple, magic, no bad peoples here, all respect all, i have my own yard, if i stay my kitchen window i see mountins, forest is not to far from my house; is like in a fairy tale, have a small business here, a small store, flowers garden, vegetables garden, not to big of course, a lot of fruits tree, and of course a pet dog who all time run in yard. So, i adore this life style, and believe me if somebody ask me to return in the city i will not accept for sure. Now is snow like in Anderson fairy tale,

HI! Yes, of course I have seen village! In my country there are many villages- some are smaller, some are bigger, and some are already become to towns! The villages in my country are something very popular, and many tourists go to see them. During the holidays many people from the cities travel to their relatives in the village to be on a quite place and breath some fresh air! I also like villages, but I haven't got any relatives living in a village!

You rightly pointed the quiteness and tranquility of villages.Which country are you from? I am from india. One must take out some time to travel to any village. And i think the urbanisation of villages is not a good thing.

I also belong to a village area. But my father moved to city for job opportunity. But we still have house in village and we often go there. My village is in the lower part of himalaya and it is very beautiful. It is a hilly area and weather is pleasant all year round. It's a tourist area. So now I am planning to move there and start some business there.

yeah it is good to be close to nature as it is very fresh breath there than the polluted breath in the city, but with a slop there is also steep and that is when the villages where there in 18 century villages where mostly illiterate in our country (even though it has developed it is still so )and where jealous to everything the other get (of course this may create a competetive or wicked mind)but now it is not like that all the things you told is there (but slightly polluted)iam from india residing in qatar

I used to live in village in the county which is known as the Garden of England. I lived in a cottage which I owned for fourteen years. It was part of a Victorian Workhouse. It was built around 1830. Poor people used to live there and far more wealthy people reside there nowadays. In the High Street that village had a post office, a pub, a chemist, a bakery and a church. It was surrounded by green fields. Now I live in a different location. I have views of a river and green fields. That is because I reside on the edge of a coastal town. There aren't many castles here but where I used to live there were lots of old castles. Some villages are friendly in my home country and others are insular. They don't like outsiders. One of the best sights is a church yard on a hill in a village near to where I live now. That village is highly sought after so property prices are very high there.

Yes I have been to many villages mostly the one where my grandparents used to live, I love the freshness and candid and calm people, their natural way of doing things and the simple life they lead there. It is so good to be in a village to be far away from the crowded, polluted and noisy city life.
