Hello mrdprince, every piece of software I used on my computer is freeware, including the operating system. I use Ubuntu Linux. Not having to spend a single cent on the operating system and software is not the only thing that attracts me. The stability of operating system also prompted me to stay with Ubuntu.

Yeah, I've been wanting to try Ubuntu but i'm waiting till I get an extra pc running to try it on. I don't want to mess up my laptop.

Yes, I do use a lot of freewares downloading it from the internet and also sometimes I get them from my friends. Since, it is not always possible to buy all the softwares and invest on them. It really costs a lot to buy the original one. So, I just get it downloaded from some sites and keep it updated. Purchasing is another option is there is no availability of that software as a freeware
