Chess Tournament, Opponent cheat you?

You both playing chess in a tournament,What will you do if your favorite opponent cheat you in his or her own way, while you are nearly winning?

In a tournament, I'd call a judge to come and make a decision. In a one-on-one game, I'd call them on it. If it happened often, I wouldn't play with them much more.
